玻璃纤维路用反射降温涂层性能优化实证研究

摘要 为了提高路面反射降温涂层的耐磨性能,本研究以玻璃纤维为反射功能材料制备涂层,研究了纤维含量、纤维表面改性对涂层反射率、弯曲强度与磨损率等指标的影响。测试发现,当玻璃纤维含量为20%时,涂层的反射率均值可达63.4%,有效磨耗区内涂料的磨损率比纯树脂基体降低了10.9%;涂层的弯曲强度随玻璃纤维含量增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当玻璃纤维含量为16%时,涂层的弯曲强度达到最大,均值为33.5MPa。以硅烷偶联剂KH-560对玻璃纤维表面改性后,相同玻璃纤维含量(20%)的涂层的反射率增加11.9%,弯曲强度增加4.34MPa,有效磨耗区内涂料的磨损率降低12.1%,表面改性进一步增强了路用涂层的综合性能。研究表明,选择合适的功能材料并对其进行优化,是提升路用反射降温涂层耐磨性的有效技术措施。 In order to boost the wear resistance of the reflective cooling coating of pavement,this study prepared the coating with glass fiber as the reflective functional material to investigate the effects of fiber content and fiber surface modification on the indexes of coating reflectivity,bending strength and wear rate.It was found that when the glass fiber content was 20%,the average reflectivity of the coating could reach 63.4%,and the wear rate of the coating in the effective wear zone was10.9,lower than that of the pure resin matrix;the bending strength of the coating showed a trend of increasing-decreasing with the increase of the glass fiber content,and the maximum bending strength of the coating was 33.5 MPa when the glass fiber content was 16%.After modification of the glass fiber surface with silane coupling agent KH-560,the reflectivity of the coating with the same glass fiber content(20%)increased by 11.9%,the bending strength increased by 4.34MPa,and the wear rate of the coating in the effective wear zone by 12.1%,which suggest that the surface modification further enhanced the overall performance of the road coating.The results of the study indicate that optimization of suitable functional materials is an effective measure to enhance the wear resistance of road-use reflective cooling coatings.
