摘要
文章通过对“以人为中心”的城市书房的概念建构和我国公共文化建设模式的比较分析,得出文化治理模式下“以人为中心”城市书房建设的理论依据,针对杭州书房建设存在的问题提出文化治理模式下“以人为中心”的杭州书房建设方案,并立足于“文化城市”建设指出城市书房从“功能书房”走向“文化书房”的发展趋势。
Through the concept construction of "people-centered" city study and the comparative analysis of the construction mode of public culture, this paper finds out the theoretical basis for the cultural governance mode to build "people-centered" city study. Based on the problems in the construction of study rooms in Hangzhou, a construction plan for a "people-centered" study in Hangzhou under the cultural governance model is proposed. Based on the construction of a "cultural city", it is pointed out that the development trend of city study is moving from "functional study" to "cultural study".
