摘要
采用调研方法对学校食品专业“五年制”学生的岗位多元核心能力需求进行探究后发现,学生对个体素养(自我认知、自主学习和批判性思维能力)、文化基础和专业技能这三个能力维度的需求十分迫切,其中个体素养排在首位。通过深度分析,形成个体素养——文化基础——专业技能三维度动态关联、层层递进的核心能力培育策略,建立了“完善个体素养,助力灵魂成长”“夯实文化基础,加速骨架构建”“掌控专业技能,丰富内涵发展”的三段式食品专业“五年制”学生岗位多元核心能力培育体系。
The research method was used to explore the needs of the "five-year program" students in the school's food specialty for their multiple core competencies.It was found that the students' needs for three competency dimensions,namely,individual literacy(self-awareness,autonomous learning and critical thinking abilities),cultural foundation and professional skills,were very urgent,of which individual literacy ranked first.Through in-depth analysis,a core competency cultivation strategy with a three-dimensional dynamic correlation between individual literacy,cultural foundation,and professional skills has been formed,and a three-stage food major and five-year student position diversified core competency cultivation system has been established,which includes "improving individual literacy,helping soul growth","consolidating cultural foundation,accelerating skeleton construction",and "controlling professional skills,enriching connotation development".
