摘要
振动特性是变压器结构的重要性能。考虑套管与油枕对振动分析的影响,对柔性直流变压器油箱结构建立了3种有限元仿真分析模型,通过对油箱结构振动特性进行分析,给出了固有频率、模态振型以及谐响应结果与规律。结果表明:变压器油箱箱体振动分析中可以忽略套管与油枕建模;油箱箱体的低阶模态振型以长侧面与顶面的振动为主;谐响应在低频范围幅值最大;长侧面和顶面的谐响应最大幅值为短侧面的1.5倍以上;50、100、200 Hz的谐响应可能引起明显的噪声。
The vibration characteristics are essential to the transformer structure.Considering the influence of the bushing and conservator on vibration analysis,this paper establishes three kinds of finite element simulation analysis models for the oil tank of the flexible DC transformer.By analyzing the vibration characteristics,the paper reveals the natural frequency and the modal shape of the oil tank as well as the harmonic response regularity.The results indicate that the modeling of bushing system and oil conservator can be removed in oil tank analysis.The low-order modal shape of the oil tank is mainly determined by the long faceplate and the top faceplate.The maximum amplitude of the harmonic response is appeared in the low-order frequency range and the amplitudes of the long faceplate and the top faceplate are over 1.5 times larger than that of the short faceplate.The harmonic response among the frequencies of 50,100,200 Hz may result in obvious vibration noise.
