可视喉镜联合模拟人在海军住培学员气管插管教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨可视喉镜联合模拟人在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)中海军住培学员轮转到麻醉科开展气管插管教学的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年6月在麻醉科轮转的海军住培学员60名,随机分为两组,每组30名,对照组采用传统教学方法进行气管插管的临床教学;试验组采用可视喉镜联合模拟人进行气管插管教学。两组学员经过同等时间的教学后,由未参与带教的教师进行考核并组织学员填写调查问卷,记录考核成绩并进行统计学分析。结果试验组在气管插管操作和考核成绩方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且在教学效果评价方面,试验组在教学方法满意度、增强气道管理意识、提高插管能力、提升学习信心和积极性方面也较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学方法相比,可视喉镜联合模拟人教学法在海军住培学员的气管插管教学中可以显著提高学习效率。 Objective To explore the application effect of visual laryngoscope combined with medical simulator in the standardized training of resident doctors of naval training students to carry out endotracheal intubation teaching.Methods A total of 60 naval training students who rotated in the department of anesthesiology from August 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods for clinical teaching of endotracheal intubation;in the experimental group,visual laryngoscope and medical simulator were used for intubation teaching.After the two groups had been taught for the same time,teachers who did not participate in the teaching conducted assessments and organized students to fill out questionnaires,recorded the assessment results and carried out statistical analysis.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of tracheal intubation operation and assessment performance,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and in terms of teaching effect evaluation,the experimental group was also higher than the control group in terms of teaching method satisfaction,enhanced airway management awareness,improved intubation ability,and improved learning confidence and enthusiasm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the method of visual laryngoscope combined with medical simulator can significantly improve the learning efficiency in the endotracheal intubation teaching of naval training students.
