摘要
目的 探究糖尿病确诊病例以葛根芩连汤医治的有效性、安全性。方法 纳入2021年1-12月本院确诊的糖尿病病例90例,将其随机分为对照组(45例,采取预混胰岛素联合二甲双胍医治)和观察组(45例,在预混胰岛素联合二甲双胍基础上配合葛根芩连汤进行),对比两组的临床疗效、血糖指标FPG测定值、2hPG测定值、HbAlc测定值、炎性因子(CRP测定值)、中医证候积分、不良反应率。结果 观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前测得FPG指标数值、2hPG指标数值、HbAlc指标数值,组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组测得数据更低(P<0.05)。治疗前所测定的CRP数据值在组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组上述数据更低(P<0.05)。治疗前所行中医症候积分评测,组间比较数值相近(P>0.05);治疗后观察组显著更低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 对糖尿病确诊病例展开葛根芩连汤医治,可获取理想疗效,有效改善中医症状、降低血糖指标、抑制炎性反应,安全性亦较高,价值突出。
Objective To explore effect and safety of pueraria,scutellaria and coptis decoction in treatment of diabetes cases.Methods The paper chose 90 cases diabetes patients diagnosed in our hospital from January to December 2021,and divided them into control group(45 cases,treated with premixed insulin combined with metformin)and observation group(45 cases,treated with pueraria,scutellaria and coptis decoction on the basis of premixed insulin combined with metformin)randomly.Clinical effect,FPG measurement value,2hPG measurement value,HbAlc measurement value,inflammatory factor(CRP measurement value),TCM symptom scores and adverse reaction incidence were compared between two groups.Results Clinical effect evaluation showed,effective rate of observation group was 95.56%,higher than 80.00%in control group(P<0.05).FPG index values,2hPG index values and HbAlc index values were measured before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Data in observation group after treatment was lower(P<0.05).CRP data values measured before treatment were not statistically significant between groups(P>0.05).Above data were lower in observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Evaluation of scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before treatment showed similar values between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,those fo observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),adverse reaction incidence in observation group was lower than control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Pueraria,scutellaria and coptis decoction can improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce blood sugar indicators,inhibit inflammatory reaction with high safety and significant value in treatment of confirmed cases of diabetes.
