摘要
目的 研究床旁纤维支气管镜治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎对患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选择2021年12月-2022年7月到本院治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎患者共60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,分析两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组各项呼吸力学的相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者第2d、3d、4d肺部感染评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用床旁纤维支气管镜对呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗,疗效显著安全性高,可运用。
Objective To study clinical effect of bedside fiber bronchoscopy in treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in our hospital from December 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into experimental and control group randomly.Curaitve effect between two groups was analyzed.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Relevant indicators of respiratory mechanics in experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Pulmonary infection scores of experimental group on the 2nd,3rd and 4th day were lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidnece of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bedside fiber bronchoscopy is effective and safe in treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia,which is worthy of applicaiton.
