摘要
目的 对血清生化指标与冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性进行研究、分析。方法 收集2021年1月-2022年1月本院收治的冠心病患者,均接受了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,将术中所获取的冠状动脉狭窄程度数据予以量化,计算Gensini积分,并对患者展开血清生化指标检测,收集其临床资料,之后基于Logistic回归的前提下对各指标与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性进行分析评估。结果 经分析评估发现,低Gensini积分组的男性占比ALT、AST、TP、Alb、HDL-C、hs-CRP、Lp(a)、apoA1、apoB、GLU水平与高Gensini积分组有着明显的差异(P<0.05);其他项目低Gensini积分组及高Gensini积分组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);Alb、HDL-C的降低、AST、Lp(a)、GLU的升高及男性属冠状动脉狭窄程度增加的高风险因素。结论 针对冠心病患者而言,在对冠状动脉狭窄程度进行预测时,GLU、Lp(a)属重要风险因素,可实现对冠状动脉病变的初步判断,而AST、Alb、HDL-C在预测冠状动脉狭窄程度中的作用还有待进一步证实。
Objective To research and analyze correlation between serum biochemical indicators and degree of coronary artery stenosis of coronary heart disease patients.Methods The paper collected coronary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,treated with percutaneous coronary intervention treatment,quantified data based on the degree of coronary artery stenosis obtained during the surgery,calculated Gensini scores and carried on serum biochemical indicators testing,then collected clinical data,analyzed and evaluated correlation between each indicator and the degree of coronary artery stenosis based on logistic regression.Results After analysis and evaluation,it was found that male proportion of ALT,AST,TP,Alb,HDL-C,hs CRP,Lp(a),apoA1,apoB,GLU levels in low Gensini scores group were significantly different from high Gensini scores group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between low Gensini scores group and high Gensini scores group in other projects(P>0.05).Decrease of Alb and HDL-C,increase of AST,Lp(a),GLU and increase in male coronary artery stenosis were high-risk factors.Conclusion GLU and Lp(a)are important risk factors in predicting degree of coronary artery stenosis of coronary heart disease patients,which can achieve preliminary diagnosis of coronary artery disease.However,effect of AST,Alb and HDL-C in predicting the degree of coronary artery stenosis still needs further confirmation.
