摘要
目的 探究与分析血脂生化检验中采用分级检验法的临床价值。方法 210例血脂生化检验患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,每组105例。参照组予以常规拉网检验法,试验组予以分级检验法。比较两组各项血脂水平,血脂指标阳性率及漏检率。结果 两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(4.71±1.45)mmol/L、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)(20.45±4.26)mmol/L、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平(208.66±31.46)mmol/L高于参照组的(2.93±1.24)、(6.78±1.73)、(125.24±30.96)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组TC、TG、HDL-C阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB阳性率分别为65.71%、17.14%、42.86%,高于参照组的44.76%、2.86%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规拉网检验法相比,分级检验法在血脂生化检验中应用效果更为确切,在减少漏诊发生率方面作用突出。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of grading test in blood lipid biochemical test.Methods A total of 210 patients with blood lipid biochemical test were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 105 cases in each group.The reference group was given the conventional dragnet inspection,and the experimental group was given the grading test.The serum lipid levels,positive rate of serum lipid indexes and missed detection rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)between the two groups(P>0.05).The low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)and Apolipoprotein B(ApoB)were(4.71±1.45)mmol/L,(20.45±4.26)mmol/L and(208.66±31.46)mmol/L in the experimental group,which were higher than those of(2.93±1.24),(6.78±1.73)and(125.24±30.96)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates of TC,TG and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rates of LDL-C,ApoA1 and ApoB were 65.71%,17.14%and 42.86%in the experimental group,which were higher than those of 44.76%,2.86%and 20.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional dragnet inspection,grading test is more accurate in the application of blood lipid biochemical test,and has a prominent role in reducing the probability of missed diagnosis.
