摘要
压力容器属于承压类特种设备,具有特殊性能,对其安全性、稳定性都有比较高的要求,其承载物可以分为液体和气体,一般属于承压类设备需要在高压的环境中。对着时代的发展,压力容器的数量和种类都随着生产需求急剧增加,其安全性和稳定关系着职工生命和财产安全,在压力容器的生产焊接过程中对焊接质量的把控和管理非常重要,确保压力容器制造焊接质量,提升压力容器的安全性和稳定性,对于保障化工使用企业的正常的生产运行和职工的生命财产安全具有重要的意义。本文从压力容器制造过程中常用的焊接技术进行分析,分析压力容器制造焊接技术常见的质量问题,对问题进行分析规范出其产生的原因,并有针对性地提出提高压力容器制造焊接质量的技术措施和建议。
Pressure vessels belong to special pressure equipment,which has its special performance and has relatively high requirements for its safety and stability.Their bearing materials can be divided into liquids and gases,which generally belong to pressure equipment and need to be in a high pressure environment.With the development of The Times,the quantity and type of pressure vessels are increasing sharply with the production demand,and their safety and stability are related to the safety of workers'lives and property.In the production and welding process of pressure vessels,it is very important to control and manage the welding quality of pressure vessels,so as to ensure the welding quality of pressure vessels and improve the safety and stability of pressure vessels.It is of great significance to ensure the normal production and operation of chemical enterprises and the life and property safety of workers.This paper analyzes the welding technology commonly used in the process of pressure vessel manufacturing,analyzes the common quality problems in the welding technology of pressure vessel manufacturing,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward specific technical measures and suggestions to improve the welding quality of pressure vessel manufacturing.
