摘要
针对冯家塔煤矿3401浅距离溜煤眼施工中反井钻机难以发挥快速施工效能,传统爆破施工方法效率低且影响主运输系统正常运行的问题,设计了“架棚防护+反向深孔爆破+工字钢梁预锁口+掘进机挖底”的联合施工方法,利用下锁口爆破空间进行单次反向深孔爆破,在采区主运系统正常运行的情况下进行锁口施工,实现了系统巷道掘进与溜煤眼施工平行作业。在溜煤眼上口巷道掘出后,利用掘进机挖底贯通溜煤眼,解决了后部巷道掘进期间的连续运输问题,缩短了施工工期,保证了矿井正常采掘接续,可为类似条件下溜煤眼的施工提供参考与借鉴。
According to a raise boring machine hard to play a repaid construction efficiency in a construction of No.3401 shallow depth coal chute of Fengjiata Mine,a conventional blasting construction method would have a low efficiency and would impact a normal operation of a main transportation system and thus a combined construction method with"a shed support protection+reverse deep hole blasting+H steel beam pre-lock+dinting with roadheader"was designed.A single reverse deep hole blasting was conducted in a blasting space at a under lock.The construction of the lock was conducted under the normal operation of the main transportation system in the mining block and a parallel operation of the system gateway driving and coal chute construction was realized.After the driving of the gateway at the upper entrance of the coal chute,the roadheader was applied to dint through the coal chute and to solve the continuous transportation problem during the driving period of the rear roadway.The construction period was reduced and the normal mining driving continuation of the mine could be guaranteed.The references could be provided to the coal chute construction under the similar conditions.
