摘要
“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设是贯彻“三全育人”理念,落实立德树人根本任务,创新人才培养模式,促进学生全面发展与健康成长的重要举措。本研究总结以西安交通大学、北京航空航天大学、深圳职业技术学院等第一批入选建设高校为代表的“书院制”“大类招生、分流培养”以及“职业教育、工学结合”三种不同的建设模式,分析不同模式的建设思路与管理特色,从加强党团引领、健全制度保障、整合服务资源、营造文化氛围、发展素质教育等五个方面提出学生社区建设的对策与进路,以期在提高学生社区建设质量的同时,着力提升育人实效。
The construction of a comprehensive management model of"one-stop"student community is an important measure to implement the concept of"three-all education",implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue,innovate the talent training model,and promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students.This paper summarizes the three different construction modes of"college system","large-category enrollment,diversion training"and"vocational education and engineering-learning integration"represented by the first batch of universities selected for construction by Xi'an Jiaotong University,Beihang University and Shenzhen polytechnic,analyzes the construction ideas and management characteristics of different models,proposes strategies and approaches for student community construction from five aspects:strengthening party and league leadership,improving institutional safeguards,integrating service resources,creating a cultural atmosphere,and developing quality education.While improving the quality of student community construction,strive to improve the effectiveness of education.
