摘要
帕金森病具有高发病率、高致残率,常见于中老年人群,严重影响患者的生活质量,对其家庭及社会造成巨大经济负担。帕金森患者需要长期口服西药来改善症状,但西药会增加不良反应风险,导致远期疗效差。近年来,中药镇肝熄风汤在治疗帕金森病上取得一定的研究成果。该文通过对近几年相关文献归纳整理,对镇肝熄风汤中单味中药及镇肝熄风汤组方应用于治疗帕金森病的药理作用机制研究、镇肝熄风汤临床应用研究方面进行探讨总结,为今后临床诊疗提供可靠理论依据。
Parkinson’s disease has a high morbidity rate and high disability rate.It is common in middle-aged and elderly people.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients and causes a huge economic burden on their families and society.Parkinson’s patients need long-term oral western medicine to improve symptoms,but western medicine increase the risk of adverse reactions, resulting in poor long-term efficacy. In recent years, the traditional Chinesemedicine Zhengan Xifeng decoction has achieved certain research results in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Inthis paper, by summarizing relevant literature in recent years, the study on the pharmacological mechanism of ZhenganXifeng decoction of single traditional Chinese medicine and the prescription of Zhengan Xifeng decoction in the treatmentof Parkinson’s disease, and the clinical application of Zhengan Xifeng decoction In order to provide a reliabletheoretical basis for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
