焦作“21·7”暴雨洪水及河道堤防险情调查 被引量:4

摘要 2021年7月13日至24日,受台风“查帕卡”“烟花”以及大陆高压和副热带高压等多个天气系统影响,在东亚大气环流异常协调作用下,焦作普降暴雨和大暴雨。此次暴雨总量大、历时长、范围广,导致焦作市大沙河超保证水位,沁河超警戒水位,3座中型水库超汛限水位,多条河道出现险情,造成了严重的洪涝灾害。大沙河修武水文站洪峰流量510 m3/s,为1956年设站以来最大洪水。对焦作“21·7”暴雨的雨量、时空分布及洪水特性进行分析,有助于掌握该地区特大暴雨洪水的特性。在现场调查基础上,对河道堤防险情类型和成因进行分析,可为灾后重建提供科学依据。 From July 13 to 24,2021,under the influence of multiple weather systems such as typhoon“Chapaka”,“Fireworks”,continen⁃tal high and subtropical high,and under the coordination of East Asian atmospheric circulation anomalies,Jiaozuo suffered heavy rainstorm.The rainstorm was large in total amount,long in duration and extensive in scope,which caused the Dasha River in Jiaozuo City to exceed the guaranteed water level,the Qinhe River to exceed the warning water level,three medium⁃sized reservoirs to exceed the flood control level and several rivers in danger,causing serious flood disasters.The peak flow at Xiuwu Hydrological Station of Dasha River was 510 m3/s,which was the largest flood since the establishment of the station in 1956.The analysis of the rainfall,spatial and temporal distribution and flood characteristics of the“July 2021”rainstorm would help to grasp the characteristics of the extremely heavy rainstorm flood in this area.At the same time,on the basis of field survey,the types and causes of embankment hazards were analyzed to provide scientific basis for post-disas⁃ter reconstruction.
