摘要
准确掌握城市居民居住、工作、游憩、交通等行为活动的空间特征,构建人、产、城、交通一体化发展的城市功能格局和空间结构,是新时期国土空间规划贯彻以人为中心的发展理念的重要体现。研究借助手机信令、地铁刷卡记录等大数据,构建城市居民行为空间分布和住职(居住地—就业地)、住娱(居住地—消费娱乐地)出行特征分析框架,并以武汉市主城区为对象,开展城市居民行为空间特征分析。基于多源大数据的分析结论,进一步对武汉主城区国土空间的功能布局和轨道交通服务覆盖进行评估,并提出空间规划优化建议。研究探索了大数据技术在国土空间规划中的应用场景和技术框架,为当前全面推进的国土空间规划编制工作提供有益参考。
Accurately grasping the characteristics of urban residents'behavioral space,including the space for living,working,entertainment,and transportation is helpful to construct the urban functional layout and urban structure of the city integrating people,industry,city and transportation.It is an important reflection of the core concept of people-centered of national territorial planning.With the help of big data such as cell phone signaling and subway card data records,the study builds an analysis framework for the spatial distribution of urban residents'behavior and the travel characteristics of residential,occupation,and entertainment.Then,taking the main urban area of Wuhan asan example,the spatial characteristics of urban residents'behavior are analyzed.Based on the analysis conclusions of multi-source big data,the functional layout and the implementation of rail transit in main urban area of Wuhan are evaluated.Then the analysis results are used to put forward optimization suggestions of national territorial planning.The research explores the application scenarios and technical framework of big data technology in territorial planning,which will provide a useful reference for the preparation of territorial planning.
