摘要
目的 探讨加减归肾丸治疗人工流产术后月经过少临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年3月—2021年3月收治的83例人工流产术后月经过少患者,根据接受的治疗方式不同分为对照组(雌、孕激素人工周期)45例与观察组(加减归肾丸治疗)38例。治疗3个月经周期后对比其治疗效果、中医症状积分、月经状况评分、子宫内膜厚度以及性激素指标。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组,月经状况评分、子宫内膜厚度、FSH、P、LH、E_(2)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 加减归肾丸治疗人工流产术后月经过少可提高临床疗效,促进子宫内膜修复,改善月经量,安全性较好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guishen pill in the treatment of oligomenorrhea after induced abortion.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 83 patients with oligomenorrhea after artificial abortion who were treated from March 2019 to March 2021.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group of 45 cases(estrogen and progesterone artificial cycles)and the observation group of 38 cases(Guishen pill).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,menstrual status score,endometrial thickness and sex hormone indexes were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of menstrual status,endometrial thickness,FSH,P,LH,E2 levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guishen pill in the treatment of oligomenorrhea after induced abortion can improve clinical effect,promote endometrial repair,improve menstrual flow,and has good safety.
