小柴胡汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨加味小柴胡汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效。方法 将74例感染后咳嗽患者采用抽签法分成对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采用加味小柴胡汤治疗,10 d后比较2组临床疗效、日间/夜间咳嗽症状积分、中医证候积分以及咳嗽症状改善时间、炎症介质水平和安全性。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),日间/夜间咳嗽症状积分及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解和消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗期间均未出现不良事件。结论 加味小柴胡汤有利于降低感染后咳嗽患者炎症介质水平,缓解咳嗽症状,且起效快,安全性好,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical study of modified Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of post-infection cough.Methods 74 patients with post-infection cough were divided into control group and observation group by lot,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaochaihu decoction.After 1o days,the clinical effect,daytime/nighttime cough symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,cough symptom improvement time,inflammatory mediators level and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cough symptoms and TCM syndromes in the day/night were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of cough relief and disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein(CRP)was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events in both groups.Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in patients with post-infection cough and relieve the symptoms of cough.It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
