摘要
优化作业设计是落实“双减”政策的有效途径。有效发挥作业的育人功能,必须克服传统作业设计中形式单一、忽视学科整合、设计随意性较强、注重整齐划一等问题,坚持“双减”政策中的各项要求优化中小学生的作业设计。具体包括:教师在作业设计中应该注意难度分层,设计选择性作业,注重学生的个体差异;强调控量提质,遵循作业边际效应,优化学生体验;坚持五育融合,打破学科壁垒,促进全面发展;加强统筹协调与团队联动协作,提升设计质量;精准设计,作业形式多元创新,整合个体差异。
Optimizing homework design is an effective way to implement double reduction policy.In order to give full play to the educational function of homework,we must overcome the problems of traditional homework design,such as single form,neglect of discipline integration,strong randomness of design,and focus on uniformity,and adhere to the requirements of the“double reduction”policy to optimize the homework design of primary and secondary school students.Specifically,teachers should pay attention to the difficulty stratification in homework design,design selective assignments,and pay attention to the individual differences between students;Strong control quantity to improve quality,follow the marginal effect of homework,optimize student experience;Adhere to the integration of five education,break the disciplinary barriers,promote all-round development;Strengthen overall planning and coordination,strengthen team linkage and collaboration,and improve design quality;design precisely,innovate diversified homework forms,integrate individual differences.
