摘要
采用熔体流动速率仪、差示扫描量热仪、高温凝胶色谱仪、核磁共振仪、偏光显微镜分析了由Spheripol液相环管工艺所得氢调法茂金属聚丙烯熔喷料(PP-2)的结构和性能,并与另一种氢调法茂金属聚丙烯熔喷料(PP-3)和一种降解法聚丙烯熔喷料(PP-1)进行了性能对比。结果表明:与PP-1相比,PP-2和PP-3的挥发分含量和灰分含量均更低。由于区位缺陷结构含量不同,PP-2和PP-3的熔融结晶行为相差较大。PP-1与PP-3的相对分子质量分布较窄,PP-2的相对分子质量分布较宽。PP-1和PP-2的晶核数量、晶粒尺寸均相当,PP-3晶核数量最高,晶粒尺寸最小。
The structure and properties of hydrogen modified metallocene polypropylene melt blown material(PP-2)produced by Spheripol liquid phase loop process were analyzed by using melt flow rate meter,differential scanning calorimetry,high temperature gel chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance and polarizing microscope,and its performance was compared with another hydrogen modified metallocene polypropylene melt blown material(PP-3)and a degradation polypropylene melt blown material(PP-1).The results show that compared to PP-1,PP-2 and PP-3 have lower volatile content and ash content.Due to the different contents of defect structures in different locations,there is a significant difference in the melting and crystallization behavior of PP-2 and PP-3.The relative molecular weight distribution of PP-1 and PP-3 is narrow,and the relative molecular weight distribution of PP-2 is wide.The number of crystal nuclei and grain size of PP-1 and PP-2 are equivalent,while PP-3 has the highest number of crystal nuclei and the smallest grain size.
