摘要
数字经济凭借外溢性、共享性特征促进绿色技术创新,成为助力企业低碳发展的核心动能。从理论角度阐释数字经济与知识产权保护“双轨制”对企业绿色技术创新的作用机制,运用2014—2021年我国沪深A股1643家上市制造企业数据,实证考察数字经济对企业绿色技术创新的影响,以及知识产权保护“双轨制”在其中的调节作用。研究发现,数字经济有助于提升企业绿色技术创新水平。知识产权保护“双轨制”在数字经济对企业绿色技术创新的影响中具有正向调节作用,其两个分指标专利司法保护、专利行政保护也具有显著正向调节作用。知识产权保护“双轨制”在数字经济对企业绿色技术创新影响中的正向调节作用与企业产权性质无关,在国有、非国有企业均显著;与企业生产要素类型、生命周期阶段有关,在知识密集型及处于成熟期阶段的企业显著。因此,为进一步提升企业绿色技术创新水平,应完善数据要素配置机制,助力企业绿色技术创新;深耕知识产权保护“双轨制”,协调赋能企业绿色技术创新;实施差异化助企举措,筑牢绿色技术创新基础。
The digital economy,with its spillover and sharing features,promotes green technology innovation and becomes the core driving force for low-carbon development of enterprises.The authors explain the mechanism of the"dual track"system of digital economy and intellectual property protection on enterprise green technology innovation from a theoretical perspective,and use the data of 1643 listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A Share market from 2014 to 2021 to empirically investigate the influence of digital economy on enterprise green technology innovation and the regulating role of the"dual track"system of intellectual property protection.The results show that digital economy is conducive to improving enterprise green technology innovation level.Further research shows that the"dual track system"of intellectual property protection has a positive regulatory role,and the two sub-dimension,namely judicial protection and administrative protection of patent,both have the significant positive moderating effect.There is no relationship between the positive regulatory role of the"dual-track system"of intellectual property protection and the nature of enterprise property right,and the positive regulatory role is significant in both state-owned and private enterprises;but there is the relationship between the the positive regulatory role and the type of enterprises'factor of production and the stage of life cycle,and the positive regulatory role is more significant in knowledge-intensive enterprises and enterprises in the stage of maturity.To further improve the level of enterprise green innovation,we should improve the data element allocation mechanism to help enterprises to innovate green technology,deepen the"double track system"construction of intellectual property protection to coordinate and empower enterprises to make green technology innovation,and implement differentiated measures to help enterprises to lay a solid foundation for green technology innovation.
