干旱区黑果腺肋花楸嫩枝扦插技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择武威市凉州区当地2年生“富康源1号”黑果腺肋花楸幼苗当年萌生的枝条为扦插材料,采用4因素4水平正交设计,开展嫩枝扦插育苗试验,以筛选黑果腺肋花楸嫩枝扦插快繁技术。结果表明:插穗类型、生根剂、扦插基质对扦插成活率及根系生长指标均有极显著影响;插穗类型是影响成活率最主要的因素,最佳类型为萌条中下部位;生根剂以ABT1号对成活率的影响最大,但效果最佳生根剂为80~120 mg·L^(-1)的IBA;最优扦插基质为草炭土。聚类分析表明,16个处理组合中有6个组合综合指标高于其他处理,最优组合为6月下旬以草炭土作基质,选用当年生萌条中下部枝条作插穗,用80 mg·L^(-1)IBA水溶液浸泡1 h温室扦插,生根速度快,平均生根率达91.67%,基部平均根长11.5 cm,一级侧根数12.2条,平均总根长达281.1 cm,平均苗高26.8 cm。 In this study,the branches sprouted from the local two-year-old seedlings of Aronia melanocarpa ‘Fukangyuan 1' in the same year were selected as cutting materials.The four-factor and four-level orthogonal design was used to carry out the softwood cutting seedling test to screen and establish the rapid propagation technology of softwood cutting of Aronia melanocarpa.The results showed as follows:the type of cuttings,rooting agent and cutting matrix had significant effects on cutting survival rate and root growth index;the type of cuttings was the most important factor affecting the survival rate,and the best was the middle and lower parts of the sprouts;the ABT1 rooting solution had the greatest influence on the survival rate,but the best effect was the IBA rooting solution with a concentration of 80-120 mg·L~(-1);the optimal cutting substrate was peat soil.The cluster analysis showed that the comprehensive indexes of six of the sixteen treatment combinations were higher than those of other treatments.The optimal combination was to use peat soil as matrix in late June,by selecting the middle and lower branches of the current year as cuttings,and soaking them in IBA rooting solution with a concentration of 80 mg·L~(-1) for one hour in greenhouse.The rooting process was the fastest,the average rooting rate was 91.67 %,the average root length was 11.5 cm,the number of first-order lateral roots was 12.2,the average total root length was 281.1 cm,and the average seedling height was 26.8 cm.
