摘要
为探究不同时期施用各类除草剂对蚕豆出苗、致畸性、产量形成和田间防效的影响,以蚕豆品种临蚕6号及不同除草剂为材料,开展蚕豆田间除草剂安全性、有效性和产量等关系的研究。结果表明,除草剂对临蚕6号的产量形成有显著影响。二甲戊灵作为播种期的除草剂对蚕豆出苗和致畸性的影响最小,灭草松和5%精喹禾灵作为茎叶除草剂对蚕豆幼苗的致畸性最小;播前喷施氟乐灵和二甲戊灵产量分别提升7.9%和2.6%,茎叶期喷施灭草松和10%精喹禾灵产量分别提升7.9%和5.3%。尽管金都儿、乙草胺和15%精喹禾灵的株防效最高,然而对蚕豆幼苗的致畸性较高,不利于生产。播种后喷施除草剂也不利于产量形成。综合考虑,二甲戊灵和氟乐灵作为蚕豆的播前除草剂较好,灭草松和10%精喹禾灵作为茎叶除草剂较好。
In order to investigate the effects of various herbicides applied in different periods on seedling emergence,teratogenicity,yield formation and field control efficiency of broad bean,taking Lincan 6 and different functional herbicides as materials,the safety,effectiveness and yield relationship of herbicide were investigated.The results showed that herbicide had significant effects on yield formation of Lincan 6.Pendimethalin had the least effects on emergence and teratogenicity of broad bean seedlings,while bentazone and 5%quizalofop-p-ethyl as stem and leaf herbicides had the least teratogenicity of broad bean seedlings.Spraying trifluralin and pendimethalin before sowing increased yield by 7.9%and 2.6%,respectively,and spraying bentazone and 10%quizalofop-p-ethyl at stem and leaf stage increased yield by 7.9%and 5.3%,respectively.Although s-metolachlor,acetochlor and 15%quizalofop-p-ethyl had the highest plant control effect,they had higher teratogenicity to broad bean seedlings,which was not conducive to production.The application of herbicide after sowing was also detrimental to yield formation.The results showed that pendimethalin and trifluralin were better as pre-sowing herbicides,bentazone and 10%quizalofop-p-ethyl were better as stem and leaf herbicides of broad bean.
