摘要
针对轴承磨削过程中易因吃刀量过大产生磨削裂纹的问题,介绍滚动轴承成形磨削和误差复映基本概念,基于实例分析调心滚子轴承外圈滚道上磨削裂纹产生的原因为:车削后的轴承零件表面存在接刀台阶,接刀台阶在成形磨削中存在误差复映,最终导致精磨时局部吃刀量过大而产生了磨削裂纹。并阐述了误差复映磨削裂纹的特点及识别判据,指出可通过控制精磨时的初始接刀避免该类裂纹的产生。
Aimed at grinding cracks caused by excessive cutting depth during grinding of bearing rings,the basic concepts of forming grinding and error reflection are introduced.Based on examples,the reasons for grinding cracks on outer ring raceway of spherical roller bearings are analyzed as follows:there are tool steps on surface of bearing parts after turning,and there is error reflection on tool steps during forming grinding,ultimately leading to grinding cracks caused by local excessive cutting depth during finish grinding.The characteristics and identification criteria of grinding cracks caused by error reflection are elaborated,and it is pointed out that such cracks can be avoided by controlling the initial tool during finish grinding.
