摘要
作为与经济社会发展联系最紧密的一种教育类型,职业教育在促进向制造强国转变和技能型社会建设过程中需要有产教深度融合的协同支撑,聚焦技术技能人才育人体系的构建与完善。职业教育产教融合育人存在产教融合人才培养结构性约束、生态系统断层性割裂、技能开发体系性残缺等现实困境,需要通过打造融合命运共同体、协同构建核心主体,优化融合教育生态链、推动技能型社会建设,推动职业教育数字化转型、赋能个体技能富裕,推进职普融通、构建终身职业教育体系,助力高素质技术技能人才的培养。
As a type of education that is most closely related to economic and social development,vocational education needs to be supported by the deep integration of industry and education in the process of transforming into a manufacturing powerhouse and building a skilled society,focusing on the construction and improvement of a technical and skilled talent education system.The integration of industry and vocational education has many practical difficulties,such as structural constraints on the integration of industry and education in talent training,the fragmentation of the ecosystem,and the systematic disability of skill development.It is necessary to build a community of shared future,coordinate the construction of core subjects,optimize the integration of education ecological chain,promote the construction of a skills society,promote the digital transformation of vocational education,enable individuals to become rich in skills,promote the integration of vocational education and general education,and build a lifelong vocational education system,so as to support cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
