摘要
现代化建设新征程中,学术期刊作为中国文化事业改革和中国哲学社会科学事业发展重要组成的地位进一步被强化,肩负着引导学术研究政治导向,引领理论创新和学术创新,支撑学科体系、学术体系、话语体系构建,强化现代化建设人才支撑,促进中外学术交流以提高现代化建设世界认同等历史使命。学术期刊赋能社会主义现代化强国建设应警惕和解决好部分学术期刊功能导向出现偏差、学术创新引领能力不强、服务国家重大发展战略作用不突出、与学科建设和人才培养融合度不高等问题,重点要坚持以马克思主义为指导,增强学术期刊政治定力和引领力;加强选题策划和主题出版,提升学术期刊服务国家重大发展战略能力;探索和构建多位一体的学术研究成果传播和转化机制;优化学术期刊高质量发展、学科建设和人才培养的内生联动机制。
To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through modernization drive,the historical background and practical framework of the existence and development of academic journals are repositioned,and academic journals are endowed with new development connotation and historical mission.In the new journey of modernization,academic journals,as an important component of China’s cultural reform and the development of China’s philosophy and social sciences,are further strengthened.They shoulder the historical missions of guiding the political orientation of academic research,leading the theoretical and academic innovation,supporting the construction of disciplinary system,academic system and discourse system,strengthening the talent support for modernization,and promoting academic exchanges between China and foreign countries to improve the world’s understanding of modernization.To enable academic journals to better serve the construction of a modern socialist country,we should be alert to and solve the problems of academic journals,such as the deviation in functional orientation,the weak ability for leading academic innovation,the unprominent role in serving the major national development strategy,and the lack of high integration with discipline construction and personnel training.The key point is to adhere to the guidance of Marxism and strengthen the political stability and leading power of academic journals,strengthen the planning of topic selection and release of special topics,enhance the ability of academic journals to serve major national development strategies,explore and build a pluralistic and integrated mechanism for the dissemination and transformation of academic research results and optimize the internal linkage mechanism of high-quality development,discipline construction and talent training of academic journals.
