摘要
蓝莓皮薄多汁,风味独特,具有极高的营养和保健价值,是深受人们喜爱的一种浆果类果品。然而,蓝莓鲜果容易受到机械损伤和病原菌侵袭,从而造成很大的经济损失。随着国内外市场扩大和蓝莓加工业的发展,蓝莓需求量逐年上升,如何预防蓝莓采后病害和延长保鲜期以增加分销选择是具有挑战性的。蓝莓保鲜技术的开发和组合应用将延长蓝莓鲜果的贮藏期,有助于满足全球对蓝莓日益增长的需求,并提高消费者的满意度。归纳总结了近年来国内外关于蓝莓采后生理、病害病理及贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,旨在为蓝莓贮藏保鲜提供借鉴和科学参考。
Blueberry is a juicy berry with thin peel,unique flavor and high nutrition and health value.However,fresh fruits are extremely perishable because of vulnerable mechanical damage and pathogens,resulting in serious postharvest losses.With the expansion of domestic and foreign markets and the development of blueberry processing industry,the demand for blueberries is increasing year by year.How to prevent postharvest diseases of blueberry and prolong shelf life to increase distribution options is challenging.The development and combined application of blueberry preservation technology will extend the shelf life of blueberries,help meet the growing global demand and increase consumer satisfaction.The paper summarizes the research progress on physiology,pathology,storage and fresh-keeping technology of blueberry at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide information and scientific reference for storage and preservation of blueberry.
