摘要
为科学种植柠檬和合理用肥提供依据,研究了不同浓度的丛枝菌根真菌、拜赖青霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌对柠檬苗生长和土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明:施用拜赖青霉效果最佳,其中拜赖青霉62.50 mL/株处理促进柠檬苗冠幅增长,提高土壤有机质含量和脲酶、中性磷酸酶活性的效果最佳;拜赖青霉83.30 mL/株处理提高叶片叶绿素含量和土壤蔗糖酶活性的效果最佳;拜赖青霉125.00 mL/株处理提高土壤矿质元素含量的效果最佳。
In order to provide a basis for scientific planting of lemons and rational use of fertilizers,the effects of different concentrations of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,Penicillium bilaiae,Bacillus subtilis,and yeasts on the growth of lemon seedlings and the physical and chemical properties of soil were studied.The results showed that the application of Penicillium bilaiae had the best effect,and the treatment with Penicillium bilaiae 62.50 mL/plant had the best effect on promoting the growth of lemon seedling crown,improving soil organic matter content,urease and neutral phosphatase activities;Penicillium bilaiae 83.30 mL/plant treatment had the best effect on improving the chlorophyll content of leaves and soil invertase activity;Penicillium bilaiae 125.00 mL/plant treatment on improving the content of mineral elements in soil was the best.
