摘要
对文安钢铁近几年炼铁技术进步的措施进行了总结分析。在入炉综合品位下降情况下,通过设备技术改造、强化原燃料管理以及不断优化各工序操作等,实现高炉炉况长期稳定顺行;通过提高富氧量及降焦提煤、低[Si]冶炼、创新上料模式,高炉实现高效、低耗冶炼;通过停炉前确保炉况顺行良好、精确计算开炉料及布料、科学开炉复风技术,确保开炉快速达产。
A summary and analysis were conducted on the measures taken for the progress of ironmaking technology at Wen'an Iron and Steel in recent years.In the event of a decrease in the grade of incoming raw materials,long-term stability and smooth operation of the BF can be achieved through equipment technological transformation,strengthen raw and fuel management,and continuous optimization of various process operations.By increasing oxygen enrichment,reducing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio,low[Si]smelting,and innovating feeding modes,the BF achieves efficient and low consumption smelting.By ensuring that the furnace condition is smooth and good before shutdown,accurately calculating the opening material and distribution,and using scientific BF opening technology,the BF can be opened quickly and reach production capacity.
