摘要
目的:了解浙江省养老机构中医药健康养老服务供给现况,探讨其影响因素,为浙江省养老机构负责人和政府政策制定者提供参考依据。方法:通过自制问卷,采用方便抽样方法,对浙江省内14个城市174所养老机构进行现状调研。单变量分析采用χ2检验和非参数秩和检验,多变量分析采用二元Logistic回归。结果:省内有43.68%(n=76)的养老机构提供了中医药健康养老服务。主修西医专业的养老机构负责人、熟悉中医药健康服务或有500张床位以上的养老机构提供中医药健康养老服务比例高。推拿、艾灸、拔罐或刮痧是最常见的也是最受欢迎的中医健康养老服务。结论:目前省内提供中医药健康养老服务的养老机构较少,且目前开展的中医药健康养老服务主要存在的问题有:缺乏专业人员、资源投入和政策支持。
Objective To understand the supply status of TCM health care services for older adults in pension institutions in Zhejiang Province,explore its influencing factors,and provide reference for policy-making.Methods A self-designed question-naire and convenient sampling method were used to investigate the status of 174 pension institutions in 14 cities of Zhejiang Prov-ince.Univariate analysis used chi-square test and nonparametric rank sum test.And multivariate analysis used binary Logistic re-gression.Results 43.68%of the pension institutions in Zhejiang Province provided TCM health care services.The peision institu-tions with principals specialized in western medicine,being familiar with TCM health services or with more than 500 beds had high-er proportion of TCM health care services.Massage,moxibustion,cupping or scraping were the most common and popular TCM health care services for older adults.Conclusion At present,there are few pension institutions providing TCM health care services in Zhejiang Province.The main problems of TCM health care service in pension institutions were lack of professionals,resource invest-ment and policy support.
