摘要
目的 分析2021年阿坝县学生结核潜伏性感染情况,为阿坝州制定和完善有效的结核病防治策略提供依据。方法 通过对阿坝县2021年春结核病筛查发现的287名结核菌素试验(PPD)强阳性潜伏感染者开展1年随访调查,内容包括一般情况、生活方式、卡介苗接种情况、结核病接触史、学习居住环境、预防性治疗意愿等,采用SPSS 16.0软件对潜伏感染者进展为结核病的相关因素进行描述性分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果阿坝县287名学生结核潜伏感染者中卡介苗接种率19.86%;接受预防性治疗的比例仅为5.23%;潜伏感染1年后结核病发病率13.94‰。结论 阿坝县学生结核潜伏感染者发生结核病风险较高,需进一步提高学生卡介苗接种率,规范开展新生入学体检,加强大众对结核病潜伏感染的认识,积极动员学生结核潜伏感染者开展预防性治疗,降低学校发生结核病的风险,同时加强学校结核病疫情监测工作,防止学校结核病聚集性事件发生。
Objective To analyze the status of latent infection of tuberculosis(TB)among students in Aba County in 2021,and to provide evidence for formulating and improving effective tuberculosis prevention and control strategies in Aba Prefecture.Methods A one-year follow-up survey was conducted on 287 individuals with purified protein derivative(PPD)strong positive latent infections discovered through tuberculosis screening in the spring of 2021 in Aba County.The survey included general information,lifestyle,BCG(Bacillus Calmette-Guerin vaccine)vaccination status,tuberculosis contact history,learning and living environment,willingness to preventive treatment and so on.SPSS 16.0 software was used to make a descriptive analysis of the factors related to the progression of latent infection into tuberculosis,and χ^(2) test was used to compare the rates.P<0.05 was considered to bes statistically significant.Results Among the 287 students with latent tuberculosis infection in Aba County,19.86%received BCG vaccination,only 5.23%received preventive treatment,and the incidence of tuberculosis after one year of latent infection was 13.94‰.Conclusions In Aba County,students with latent tuberculosis infection had a high risk of developing tuberculosis,so it is necessary to further improve the BCG vaccination rate of students,standardize the physical examination of new students,strengthen the public's awareness of latent tuberculosis infection,actively mobilize students with latent tuberculosis infection to carry out preventive treatment,reduce the risk of tuberculosis in schools,strengthen the surveillance work of tuberculosis epidemic in schools,and prevent cluster incidents of TB in schools.
