摘要
目的:观察加味半夏白术天麻汤联合项三针温针治疗颈性眩晕(CV)的效果。方法:122例根据随机数字表法分为两组各61例。两组均用项三针温针治疗,观察组联合加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗。结果:治疗3周两组症状评分均升高,动脉流通速度均提高,观察组症状评分高于对照组,动脉流速大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤联合项三针温针治疗CV更有利于症状缓解,促进动脉血液速度加快,效果更好,安全性较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with nape three-needle with warming needle in the treatment of cervical vertigo(CV).Methods:A total of 122 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,61 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with nape three-needle with warming needle,and the observation group were treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups increased,and the arterial flow velocity increased.The symptom score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the arterial flow velocity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with nape three-needle with warming needle is more conducive to the relief of symptoms and the acceleration of arterial blood flow in the treatment of CV,with better effect and more safety.
