摘要
热固性聚酰亚胺树脂具有优异的耐热性能、力学性能、介电性能及成型工艺性,以其制备的复合材料广泛应用于航空航天等领域。本文主要根据树脂封端剂化学结构的不同而分类综述了降冰片烯封端、苯乙炔基封端及其他封端的聚酰亚胺研究进展和基本应用情况,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
Thermosetting polyimides have been widely used in aerospace due to their excellent high temperature resistance,mechanical properties,dielectric properties and processability.Herein,the research progress and application in thermosetting polyimides including norbornene-endcapped polyimides,phenylethynyl-endcapped polyimides and other varieties of thermosetting polyimides were reviewed systematically and the research trends in this field were proposed.
