摘要
目的优选萸芪糖浆连续式逆流动态提取技术最佳工艺参数。方法应用连续式逆流动态提取设备,选择4个考察因素,料液比、粉碎粒度、提取时间、提取温度,每个考察因素3组条件,采用L9(34)正交试验,以莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、阿魏酸4种成分的含量为考察指标并计算综合评分,选择最佳工艺参数并且与传统提取方法热回流法进行比较。结果最佳提取工艺为料液比1:8,粉碎粒度为中粉,阶段提取时间为25min,提取温度为70℃。结论正交试验得到的最佳工艺参数具有提取率高、能耗低等优点,为萸芪糖浆提取工艺改造升级提供依据。
Objective To optimize the optimal process parameters of continuous countercurrent dynamic extraction technology of Yuqi Syrup.Methods Using continuous countercurrent dynamic extraction equipment,four investigation factors,solid-liquid ratio,crushing particle size,extraction time and extraction temperature,and three groups of conditions for each investigation factor were selected.L,(3')orthogonal test was used.The contents of monoglycoside,loganin,paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were used as investigation indexes,and the comprehensive score was calculated to select the best process parameters compared with the traditional extraction method,thermal reflux method.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:8,the particle size was fine powder,the stage extraction time was 25 min and the extraction temperature was 70'C.Conclusion The optimum process parameters obtained by orthogonal test have the advantages of high extraction rate and low energy consumption,which provide a basis for the transformation and upgrading of the extraction process of Yuqi Syrup.
