摘要
目的观察肺力咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗对老年患者COPD急性加重期气道功能、氧化应激的影响。方法将我院老年COPD急性加重期患者106例依据用药方法分为肺力咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗组(联合用药组)与单独硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗组(单独用药组)各53例,统计分析两组临床疗效,主要症状体征积分,动脉血气指标[二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧张力(PaO_(2))、氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、酸碱度(pH)],气道功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)],运动耐力[6 min步行距离(6MWD)],不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合用药组临床总有效率高于单独用药组(P<0.05);联合用药组咳嗽、气喘、咯痰、肺部湿啰音积分、PaCO_(2)均低于单独用药组(P<0.05),PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、pH值均高于单独用药组(P<0.05);联合用药组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/预计值、FEV1/FVC、6MWD均高于单独用药组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论肺力咳胶囊联合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗老年COPD急性加重期较单独硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗更能改善患者的气道功能,减轻患者的氧化应激反应。
Objective To observe the effects of Feilike Capsules combined with salbutamol sulfate on airway function and oxidative stress in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into two groups according to the medication methods:Feilike Capsules combined with salbutamol sulfate(combined medication group)and salbutamol sulfate alone(single medication group),with 53 cases in each group.The main symptoms and signs scores,Arterial blood gas index[partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),blood oxygen tension(PaO_(2)),oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),pH],airway function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)in the first second],exercise endurance[6-minute walking distance(6MWD)],occurrences of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of combined medication group was higher than that of the single medication group(P<0.05);cough,asthma,expectoration,lung wet rale integral,PaCO,in combined drug group were lower than those in single medication group(P<0.05),and PaO_(2),SaO_(2),pH value were higher than those in single medication group(P<0.05);pH value,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/estimated value,FEV1/FVC and 6MWD in combined medication group were higher than those in single medication group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rates in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Feilike Capsules combined with salbutamol sulfate can improve the airway function of elderly patients with COPD in acute exacerbation period,and reduce the oxidative stress of patients more than salbutamol sulfate only.
