摘要
针对石油钻机设备远程管理、平台监测、智能维护等的需求,设计了基于云平台的石油钻机智能管理维护平台,文章从平台的应用需求、方案设计、系统架构、功能应用等方面进行了详细阐述。并针对管理维护平台的网络拓扑、总体业务规划、信息采集传输、数据存储分析等关键技术进行了研究。平台可实现对不同种类、型号的石油钻机设备进行统一管理、实时监测、故障分析、智能运维等功能。为实现钻机关键设备全生命周期管理、预测性维护及降低钻机设备非计划停机率、故障率奠定了基础。
Aiming at the requirements of remote management,platform monitoring and intelligent maintenance of oil rig equipment,an intelligent management and maintenance platform for oil rig based on cloud platform is designed.And research was conducted on key technologies such as network topology,overall business planning,information collection and transmission,and data storage analysis for the management and maintenance platform.The platform can realize unified management,real-time monitoring,fault analysis,intelligent operation and maintenance and other functions for different types and models of oil rig equipment.It lays a foundation for achieving full lifecycle management,predictive maintenance,and reducing unplanned downtime and failure rates of drilling rig equipment.
