摘要
针对一起汽轮机抗燃油管焊缝处开裂泄漏事件,采用宏观检验、金相检验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜微观形貌分析等方法进行分析,查明开裂为焊缝质量差、承插焊接强度不足以及长时间振动的综合因素所导致,并提出相应措施以避免类似事件再次发生。
In view of a leakage event due to the weld cracking of a steam turbine fuel-resistant oil pipe,analyses are carried out by macroscopic inspection,metallography inspection,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscope micromorphology analysis and other methods,and it is found that the cracking is caused by the comprehensive factors concerning poor quality of the weld,insufficient interpolation welding strength and prolong vibration,and the corresponding measures are put forward to avoid the recurrence of similar events.
