摘要
黄河科技学院是我国民办高校的优秀代表,其发展成就和实践路径对广大民办高校具有较高的参考价值。黄河科技学院的发展,得益于创办者卓越的政治战略、“敢为天下先”的创新精神、有效的师资队伍建设机制、与时俱进的现代大学制度和举办者高尚的道德情操。第一,实施政治战略,争取政府的理解、认同和支持。第二,坚持创新,根据学生的需求变化调整学校发展战略,对教育技术保持高度敏感。第三,既培养一大批自有师资队伍,也善于“借用”各类人才,同时举贤不避亲,培养优秀接班者。第四,建立并不断完善内部治理架构,同时积极探索大部制改革,下放办学权力,激发基层组织办学活力。第五,以高尚品德引领学校发展,坚持办学公益性,为党育人,为国育才。
Huanghe Science&Technology College is an outstanding representative of Chinese private universities,and its achievements and practice have high reference value for the majority of private universities.The development of Huanghe Science&Technology College benefits from the founder’s excellent political strategy,the innovative spirit of“daring to be the first in the world”,the effective teaching team construction mechanism,the modern university system advancing with the times,and the noble moral sentiment of the organizer.Firstly,implement the political strategies to win the understanding,recognition and support of the government;secondly,adhere to innovation,adjust the school strategies according to the changing needs of the students,and remain highly sensitive to the educational technology;thirdly,cultivate a large number of self-owned teachers while being good at“borrowing”all kinds of talents,and select the worthy person as the succedent without avoiding the relatives;Fourthly,establish and constantly improve the internal governance structure,while actively exploring the reform of the large department system,delegating the power of running school,and stimulating the vitality of grass-roots organizations in running school;fifthly,guide the development of the school with noble morality,adhere to the public welfare of running school,and cultivate the talents for the party and the country.
