摘要
目的:研究人生回顾疗法(LRT)在肺癌患者中的应用。方法:选择2020年3月-2022年5月九江学院附属医院的肺癌患者82例,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组进行常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上给予LRT。对比两组的心理状态、健康信念水平、希望水平、生活质量情况。结果:干预后研究组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后研究组的健康信念量表各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后研究组的希望量表各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后研究组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LRT能够改善肺癌患者的心理状态,提高健康信念与希望水平,提高生活质量,值得应用。
Objective:To study the application of life review therapy(LRT)in patients with lung cancer.Method:A total of 82 patients with lung cancer in Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received LRT on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,health belief level,hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The SAS score and SDS score of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the items and total scores of the health belief scale of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the items and total scores of the hope scale of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LRT can improve the psychological status of lung cancer patients,improve the levels of health belief and hope,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of application.
