摘要
目的分析磁共振动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)联合弥散加权成像(DWI)检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择2019年10月至2022年10月我院经组织病理学确诊的76例乳腺肿瘤患者,均行DCE-MRI、DWI检查,观察DCE-MRI联合DWI检查在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。结果以组织病理学检查结果作为金标准,DCE-MRI联合DWI检查诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论DCE-MRI联合DWI检查有助于提高乳腺癌诊断准确性,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)for breast cancer.Methods 76 patients with histopathologically confirmed breast tumors in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and given DCE-MRI and DWI.The DCE-MRI combined with DWI in the diagnosis of breast cancer was observed.Results Taking histopathological test results as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of DCE-MRI combined with DWI were higher than those of the single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions DCE-MRI combined with DWI is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer,with higher diagnosticvalue.
