摘要
目前我国大城市的污水处理厂普遍面临用地紧张、出水水质要求日趋严格、环镜景观要求高等问题,而地下污水处理厂已成为城市污水治理新的发展方向,然而地下污水处理厂投资费用高,因此有必要对其造价进行系统性研究。论文以近五年内完成的5个地下污水处理厂为案例背景,从技术和经济方面研究地下污水处理厂的造价指标,为合理确定同类地下污水处理厂造价指标提供借鉴,有利于更好对地下污水处理厂进行投资管控。
At present,sewage treatment plants in major cities in China are generally facing problems such as land shortage,high requirements for effluent quality,and strict environmental protection requirements.Underground sewage treatment plants have become a new development direction for urban sewage treatment.However,the investment cost of underground sewage treatment plants is high,so it is necessary to conduct systematic research on their cost.The paper takes five underground sewage treatment plants completed in the past five years as the case background,and studies the cost indicators of underground sewage treatment plants from technical and economic aspects.It provides reference for reasonably determining the cost indicators of similar underground sewage treatment plants,which is conducive to better investment control of underground sewage treatment plants.
