摘要
本文在原有预混机基础上增加了液压比例阀和相应电路,编写了PLC程序,并对预混机进行了全自动改造。实验证明,改造后的预混机能够实现全自动跟踪模式,满足生产工艺要求,提高了产品的质量和产量。
This paper adds a hydraulic proportional valve and corresponding circuit to the original premix machine,and writes a PLC program to carry out a fully automatic transformation of the premix machine.Experimental results have shown that the modified pre mixer can achieve fully automatic tracking mode,meet production process requirements,and improve product quality and output.
