摘要
本文设计了一种基于超高频RFID技术实现轮胎内部硫化温度测量的系统,该系统由读取器和测温模块构成。测温模块内置带有I2C总线的RFID芯片,在硫化过程中会自动测温并将测量数据存入芯片内,硫化完毕后,再用RFID读取器读取测量数据。整个测量过程中不需对硫化模具开孔,可有效解决目前有线硫化测量方法存在的不足。
This paper designs a system for measuring the internal vulcanization temperature of tires based on ultra-high frequency RFID technology.The system is composed of a reader and a temperature measurement module.The temperature measurement module is equipped with an RFID chip with an I2C bus.The module automatically measures temperature during the vulcanization process and stores the measurement data into the chip.After vulcanization is completed,the measurement data is read by an RFID reader.The whole measurement process does not need to open holes on the vulcanization mold,which can effectively solve the shortcomings of the current wired vulcanization measurement.
