施工高处坠落事故中不安全动作和不安全物态分析

Analysis of Unsafe Movement and Unsafe Physical State in Construction Accident of Falling from Height

摘要 施工高处坠落事故是建筑行业生产安全事故之首,为减轻事故带来的伤害以及减少事故的发生,利用事故致因“2-4”模型分析了30份施工高处坠落事故调查报告,分类统计事故形成发展过程中的不安全动作和不安全物态,利用灰色关联度法和解释结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)法研究两类因素之间的影响关系。结果表明:不安全动作共12类、168个,不安全物态共5类、38个,因素之间的影响关系构成了3层结构的解释结构模型,最后提出了3个预防对策建议。 The construction height fall accident is the first production safety accident in the construction industry.In order to reduce the injury brought by the accident and reduce the occurrence of the accident,the paper uses the“2-4”model of accident causes to analyze 30 construction height fall accident investigation reports,and classifies statistics of the unsafe movement and unsafe material state in the formation and development of the accident.Grey relational degree method and interpretive structural model method are used to study the influence relationship between the two factors.The results showed that there were 168 unsafe actions in 12 categories and 38 unsafe physical states in 5 categories.The influencing relationship between the factors constituted the explanatory structure model of the three-layer structure.Finally,three preventive countermeasures were proposed.
