摘要
在工业生产中进行了X80管线钢Ca-Mg复合处理与Ca处理工业试验。分析了Ca-Mg复合处理和Ca处理钢中夹杂物的变化特征,研究了Ca-Mg复合处理对X80管线钢中夹杂物及性能的影响。结果表明:Ca-Mg处理钢中夹杂物主要是Mg-Ca-Al-O系夹杂,Ca处理钢中夹杂物主要是Ca-Al-O系夹杂;Ca-Mg处理钢中粒径小于1μm的夹杂物数量密度相对较高,大于1μm的夹杂物较少;Ca-Mg处理钢中存在大量尺寸细小的TiN夹杂物,可以起到细化晶粒、提升焊接热影响区韧性的作用。在100 kJ/cm的焊接线能量下,其焊接热影响区韧性大幅度提高。
Calcium-magnesium treatment and calcium treatment of X80 pipeline steel were produced in industrial production.The variation characteristics of inclusions in calcium-magnesium treated steel and calcium treated steel were analyzed,and the effect of calcium-magnesium treatment on inclusions and properties in X80 pipeline steel was investigated.The results show that the inclusions in steel with calcium-magnesium treatment are mainly Mg-Ca-Al-O inclusions,while the inclusions in steel with calcium treatment are mainly Ca-Al-O inclusions.The number and density of inclusions with a particle size less than 1μm in Ca-Mg treated steel are relatively high,while inclusions with a particle size greater than lμm are relatively low There are a lot of fine TiN inclusions in the Ca Mg treated steel,which can refine the grain and improve the toughness of the welded Heat-affected zone.Under the welding line energy of 1ookJ/cm,the toughness of the heat affected zone in calcium-magnesium treated steel was greatly improved.
