摘要
目的:评估3M流动树脂与vivadent窝沟封闭剂和不同预处理条件对封闭剂的保留率及龋病发病率的影响。方法:随机选取符合纳入标准的6~9岁儿童92名共368颗牙齿,选用3M流动树脂与vivadent窝沟封闭剂在橡皮障隔离下对双侧上下第一恒磨牙行窝沟封闭。采用自身半口对照法,同一儿童双侧第一恒磨牙采用不同封闭剂。其中54名儿童采用传统窝沟封闭术,另外38名儿童采用窝沟釉质成形术,于封闭后3、6、12个月复查,检查封闭剂保留及龋齿发生情况。结果:经过3、6、12个月随访后,传统窝沟封闭术组与窝沟釉质成形术组内两种封闭剂的保留率及龋病发病率均无统计学差异(P>0.05),且两种封闭剂在不同预处理条件下的保留率和龋发病率也均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:随访12个月内,3M流动树脂与vivadent窝沟封闭剂的完整保留率和龋病发病率效果相当;两种预处理技术对封闭剂保留率的影响无差别。随着封闭时间延长,封闭剂完全保留率逐渐降低,故应定期回访,以防龋齿的发生。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of 3M flowable resin and vivadent pit and fissure sealant and different pretreatment conditions on the retention rate of sealant and the incidence of caries.Methods:A total of 368 teeth of 92 children aged 6~9 years who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected.3M flowable resin and vivadent sealant were used to seal the bilateral first molars under rubber dam isolation.The children were numbered according to the order of outpatient visits,and the Split-Mouth Design was used.Different sealants were used in the bilateral first molars of the same child.Among them,54 children were treated with conventional fissure sealant technique,and the other 38 children were treated with enameloplasty sealant technique.The retention of sealant and the occurrence of dental caries were examined at 3,6,and 12 months after sealer.Results:There was no significant difference in the retention rate and the incidence of caries between the two sealants in the traditional pit and fissure sealant group and in the pit and fissure enamelplasty group after 3,6,and 12 months of follow-up(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in the retention rate and the incidence of caries between the two sealants under different pretreatment conditions(P>0.05).Conclusion:3M flowable resin and vivadent sealant showed similar complete retention rate and caries incidence within 12 months.There was no difference in the retention rate of sealant between the two pretreatment techniques.With the extension of sealing time,the complete retention rate of sealant decreases gradually.Therefore,regular follow-up should be conducted to prevent the occurrence of dental caries.
