摘要
随着城镇化发展,供水管网设施建设成效明显,公共供水普及率不断提升,但不少地区存在供水管网漏损率较高的问题。开展供水管网漏损控制工作是提高供水水质稳定性,降低供水能耗,保障城市供水安全的必由之路。“十四五”时期,韧性城市建设进入新阶段。开展供水管网智能化建设,系统构建安全可靠的供水智能化应用,是推动城市供水实现高质量发展的重要抓手。通过对华北地区某城市主城区供水管网实际运行情况、漏损情况进行分析,结合城市发展情况,从老旧供水管网改造、供水分区计量、供水压力调控、智慧供水系统构建四个方面提出了漏损治理方案,以期为其他城市智慧供水管网漏损控制项目提供有益借鉴。
With the development of urbanization,the construction of water supply network facilities has made significant achievements,and the popularization rate of public water supply has continued to rise.However,high leakage rate of water supply network is a common problem faced by many regions.Leakage control of water supply network is an important measure to improve the stability of water supply quality,reduce water supply energy consumption,and ensure water supply safety.During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the construction of resilient cities entered a new stage.Carrying out the intelligent construction of water supply network and systematically constructing safe and reliable intelligent water supply applications are important steps to promote the high-quality development of urban water supply.Based on the analysis of the actual operation and leakage of the water supply network in the main urban area of a northern city,combined with the urban development situation,this paper puts forward the leakage control scheme from four aspects:namely the renovation of old water supply networks,distinct metering area,water supply pressure regulation,and the construction of intelligent water supply system,which could provide reference for intelligent water supply network leakage control projects in other cities.
