摘要
目的:构建医院重点科研仪器设备绩效评价模型,提升仪器设备使用效率。方法:分析医院重点科研仪器设备管理现状,从效能、安全、科研和服务4个维度对重点科研仪器设备进行绩效评价,形成绩效评价指标体系,通过层次分析(AHP)法和专家咨询法确定各指标权重占比,形成科研仪器设备绩效评价模型,评估医院89台重点科研仪器设备的4个维度绩效。结果:重点科研仪器设备绩效评价模型指标体系包括月度科研仪器设备绩效评价指标体系和年度科研仪器设备绩效评价指标体系。构建的基于可视化的科研仪器设备绩效评价模型可实时监测设备使用效率,已采集到89台重点科研仪器设备中33台设备的使用记录,其年(月)度评价指数能够更加真实反应出各台设备的绩效情况。结论:医院重点科研仪器设备绩效评价模型可实现科研仪器设备使用绩效评价的可视化展示,能够直观地反映各设备的使用情况,为提升医院重点科研仪器设备使用效率提供科学依据。
Objective:To build a performance evaluation model for key scientific research instruments and equipment in hospital to improve the efficiency of equipment use.Methods:The current management status of key scientific research instruments and equipment in hospital was analyzed.The performance of key scientific research instruments and equipment was evaluated from the four dimensions of efficiency,safety,scientific research and service,and the performance evaluation index system was formed.The weight proportion of each index was determined through the analytic hierarchy process and expert consultation method to form a performance evaluation model for scientific research instruments and equipment.The 4-dimensional performance of 89 key scientific research instruments and equipment in the hospital were evaluated.Results:The performance evaluation model index system for key scientific research instruments and equipment included the monthly performance evaluation index systems for scientific research instruments and equipment and annual performance evaluation index systems for scientific research instruments and equipment.The constructed visualization-based performance evaluation model of scientific research instruments and equipment can monitor the efficiency of equipment usage in real time.The service records of 33 of the 89 key scientific research instruments and equipment were collected,and the annual(monthly)evaluation index could more accurately reflect the performance of each equipment.Conclusion:The performance evaluation model for key scientific research instruments and equipment in hospital realized the visual display of the performance evaluation of the service of scientific research instruments and equipment,which can intuitively reflect the use of each equipment and provide a scientific basis for the improvement of the efficiency of the use of key scientific research instruments and equipment in hospital.
