摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,社会对人才的要求标准越来越高,我国高等教育呈现出多元化、创新化发展趋势。国家高等教育改革逐步落地,使得高等学校教育专业型人才成为承担国家建设和经济发展的主力军。在此背景下,高校体育类人才培养也应紧跟时代步伐,着力创新体育教育理念、优化体育教学方式、不断完善人才评价体系,在完善高校体育教学活动实施中,在科学合理的人才评价体系重构中,培养社会和时代发展所需的专业能力及综合素养过硬的复合型人才。以当前知识转型和评价转向发展为背景,结合高校体育人才发展需求和体育教育改革实际,提出重构高校体育类人才评价体系的具体策略,以期为改进高校体育教学模式,提升高校体育教学质量,培养更多适宜社会发展需求的体育类人才提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of economy,the society requires a higher standards for talents,and China’s higher education presents a diversified and innovative development trend.With the gradual landing of national higher education reform,educational professionals in colleges and universities have become the main force to undertake national construction and economic development.Under this background,the cultivation of physical education talents in colleges and universities should keep up with the pace of the times,focus on innovating physical education concepts,optimizing physical education teaching methods,and constantly improving the talent evaluation system.In the implementation of perfecting physical education activities in colleges and universities,and in the reconstruction of scientific and reasonable talent evaluation system,we should cultivate all-round talents with excellent professional ability and comprehensive quality needed by the development of society and the times.Based on the background of current knowledge transformation and evaluation turning to development,combined with the development needs of physical education talents in colleges and universities and the reality of physical education reform,this paper puts forward specific strategies for reconstructing the evaluation system of physical education talents in colleges and universities,in order to provide useful reference for improving the teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities,improving the quality of physical education in colleges and universities,and cultivating more physical education talents suitable for social development.
