摘要
运架一体化施工法作为装配式桥梁的新型施工方法,施工安全受力分析是其重要环节。根据实际工程项目,通过有限元软件分析运输和架设构件阶段小箱梁和架桥机的安全性。结果表明,在运输阶段运输盖梁时情况最危险,须控制盖梁尺寸或增加运梁车轴数;在架设阶段架桥机过孔时情况最危险,须改善架桥机的支腿形式。通过对运架一体化施工全流程进行安全受力分析,排查出施工安全风险节点并给出相关建议,为运架一体化项目的施工安全控制提供参考。
As a new construction method for prefabricated bridges,the construction safety force analysis is particularly important for the integrated transport-frame construction.In the research,the force states of small box girders and bridge erector in the transport and erection stages are calculated and analyzed using finite element software,and a parametric analysis is designed based on the actual project.The results indicate that in the transportation stage,the transport of pier caps is the most dangerous condition,and it is necessary to control the size of pier caps or increase the number of axles of girder trucks;in the erection stage,the over-hole of bridge erector is the most dangerous condition,and it is necessary to improve the support type of bridge erection machine legs.By analyzing the whole process of integrated transportation and erection construction,the research identifies the construction safety risk nodes and gives relevant suggestions for construction safety control of integrated transportation and erection projects.
