榆钢2800m^(3)高炉矿槽系统技术创新实践

摘要 高炉用料由精料向适应低成本用料过程中转变,炼铁高炉将面临过去强调的高炉精料操作与现行低成本冶炼需求之间的矛盾,面对该矛盾除高炉冶炼操作参数控制外,矿槽系统的技术创新成为化解矛盾的重点关口之一。近几年来通过榆钢炼铁矿槽系统的技术创新优化,不仅为高炉长期稳定顺行提供了保障,而且为高炉实现强化冶炼奠定了基础,为低成本冶炼从物料储备及筛分阶段得到保证。 Blast furnace materials from concentrate to adapt to the transformation process of low cost materials,ironmaking blast furnace will be faced with the past emphasis on the blast furnace concentrate operation and the current low cost smelting demand between the contradiction.In the face of the contradiction,in addition to the control of the operating parameters of blast furnace smelting,the technological innovation of the trough system has become one of the key points to resolve the contradiction.In recent years,through the technological innovation and optimization of the system of Yusteel smelting trough,it not only provides the guarantee for the long-term stable running of the blast furnace,but also lays the foundation for the realization of enhanced smelting of the blast furnace,and guarantees the low cost smelting from the material reserve and screening stage.
